Add demo in README.md

Improve output and error handling

Add crc32 to env name when '.'

- When specifying env with '.', use crc32
  to distinguish duplicate named environments.
- Add `python3 -m venv` support
- Add delete feature
- On creation, automatically install requirements.txt
