Deauth / Deauthentication proof of concept on the ESP8266

Heavily based on https://github.com/pulkin/esp8266-injection-example Modified to provide out of the box functionality for the Arduino IDE environment on the ESP8266.

Tested on the ESP8266 12e. Arduino IDE 1.6.5 (Does NOT work on 1.6.7): https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/OldSoftwareReleases#previous Must use ESP8266 Arduino Library v. 2.0RC1 or higher: https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino (Use the staging version)
