Reference issue

  • Switch from master to main
  • Switch workflows over to poetry
  • Change from flake8/etc to ruff
  • Merge pr-typing and pr-linter

Tasks

  • pr-linter -> switch to ruff check
  • merge-pytest -> poetry
  • pr-pytest-apps -> poetry
  • pr-pytest -> poetry
  • publish-pypi-deploy -> poetry
