Makes sure the bootstrap test for refutation returns p-value corresponding to a two-sided not a one-sided test. Fixes #375

Looks good--thanks for the fix.

I set the DCO check to pass manually. In the future, do remember to sign off your commits using -s, as mentioned below:
To avoid having PRs blocked in the future, always include Signed-off-by: Author Name <[email protected]> in every commit message. You can also do this automatically by using the -s flag (i.e., git commit -s).
