Description
the Windows conda package isn't working for some computers. A report (http:https://forum.psicode.org/t/how-to-run-psi4-on-windows-10/2174/16) is that compiling with AVX does work. The current situation should be building with AVX2 (https://github.com/psi4/psi4/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt#L145) and @kcpearce reports that the conda pkg still fails on his computer with AVX2 instructions, but this is worth a shot.
