Volume overlay is not visible with Settings overlay open #11077

Not really sure on the solution here. I would be strongly against changing the visual depth of these two overlays. I believe we have discussed this in the past and the likely resolution is going to be moving the volume control up to the toolbar, having it appear anchored to the top of the screen rather than the left side. |

Describe the bug: It's mostly a design issue, I guess. Maybe you can do that the volume overlay stays on the right side of the settings panel? Otherwise, you cannot see when you're changing the volume level from the overlay (as I usually do), but only through the appropriate option in the settings (see the second example).
