Also add an update.json for auto-updating with jsdelivr.

It should just be called
pouchdb.js
andpouchdb.min.js
. Calling it "nightly" is confusing, and prevents us from using auto-updating for CDNs like cdnjs (e.g. cdnjs/cdnjs#3106), because I don't want to distribute the-nightly.js
files.On an unrelated note, I still think we should bring back the actual nightlies (#1503).
