Stop calling the pouchdb.js dist file "nightly" #2146

It should just be called pouchdb.js and pouchdb.min.js. Calling it "nightly" is confusing, and prevents us from using auto-updating for CDNs like cdnjs (e.g. cdnjs/cdnjs#3106), because I don't want to distribute the -nightly.js files.

On an unrelated note, I still think we should bring back the actual nightlies (#1503).

Also add an update.json for auto-updating with
jsdelivr.

Its no longer called nightly
