Document Writing Plugins

There've been a lot of issues running through here lately that end with "that functionality should be built as a plugin," which is great, I totally agree with the move that only core functionality should be core, and the rest is open to community expansion. However, you can't find any information in the documentation about the fact that pouchdb is pluggable, or how one would go about writing a plugin. I think something about this in the README or on the site would really encourage people to think about ways to extend pouch outside of pouch core, and maybe accelerate community plugin development.

Can be improved, but all the docs can, will be looked into as part of the upcoming site redesign
