CE v2.1.0 docker container stuck in restart loop

I tried v2.1.0 docker setup from https://github.com/plausible/community-edition

I've tried both clean install and install v2.0.0 then upgrade to v2.1.0.

In both cases, the Plausible docker container for v2.1.0 is stuck in restart loop without clear errors:

The v2.0.0 version did not encounter any issue and I was able to reach the web console. So I am confident that the issue is with the new v2.1.0.

Please inspect the stopped containers, maybe they are being OOM killed.

Although I am trying to run it on a 1GB RAM VPS along with some other stuff...

I am aware of the minimum recommended 4GB, just that I want to understand if it is possible to run it with just 1GB.

Exit code 137 also means that memory limit was exceeded.

After some Googling, 137 exit code seems to indicate docker doesn't have enough memory, so you are right.

Yes. Thank you for your help. I will try to use an instance with bigger RAM.

Quick check, do you have city-level geolocation enabled? If so, disabling it (so that geolocation is on a country level) would likely make it possible to run on a 1GB box. My instance https://who.copycat.fun (very low traffic, country-level geolocation) is running on AWS EC2 free tier.

No I only have the default 3 entries BASE_URL, SECRET_KEY_BASE and TOTP_VAULT_KEY in plausible-conf.env.

Although I am running other services, n8n to be specific along with the plausible containers, so it will have less RAM available.
