I've been unable to reproduce this issue - could you let me know what version of dtd2mysql you are using and what version of MySQL/MariaDB you have.

This is very strange, this bug was fixed back in 3.8.4 (9f946b4)

I'm still unable to reproduce the issue, and I can see it is processing RTRCOF0001R00000359D TAN without any issues.

We have managed to get the data by altering the tables that caused the error, eg extend length from 12 to 256 and allow NULL value. Strange question do you have the ZIP filed from last year?
