- Twitter (now X) has severely restricted external visibility of tweets, rendering our embedded twitter feed entirely defunct. - Replace with https://gitlab.com/idotj/mastodon-embed-timeline - Amend CSS for better font consistency and to enable scrollable mastodon feed container

I'll see if I can work one in when I come back to this, yeah. We do still get a decent amount of engagement off of Twitter, though it's a shame the platform has become so closed-in of late. |

This PR replaces that feed with https://gitlab.com/idotj/mastodon-embed-timeline, pointing to our mstdn.games account.
I've also made some minor font tweaks etc. to improve the layout, look, and consistency of the page slightly.
