This coding challenge is designed to determine your proficiency in responsive web development.

Replicate the static content and design of the responsive web page design for the two breakpoints provided in designs/serpent_vpn_wide.png and designs/serpent_vpn_narrow.png. Assets are provided in the assets folder. Colors and font styles are provided in designs/serpent_vpn_styles_guide.png.

• Site should be responsive.
• Provide at least one stylesheet file.
• Site should be written using semantic HTML5.
• Links and buttons should hover effects.
• Do not use any UI frameworks or libraries to assist with styling.
