RSA-X-509 (no padding) is used by openssl during the authentication handshake for OpenVPN. without the support of this algorithm the client cannot connect using IsoApplet. The RSA-X-509 mechanism is used with OpenSSL 1.1.1 and TLS version >= 1.2
