Default splitter for meaning is "---", it will be recognized as different cards with multiple meaning in NeuraCache.
I add a setting item for it in this PR, leave the default "---" for old version compatible, but you can change it for your purpose.
Template variables is also lack for general usage, so I add three date-relative variables. it can used in hashtag for catalog notes(card for NeuraCache or other apps).
