check_beancounter.py -- Monitoring changes in /proc/user_beancounters. Can be used as a nagios plugin(to check current
values) or as a standalone script that monitors changes since the last run and warns if true:
	
Usage: check_beancounter.py [options]

Options:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
  -i          Increase - Check if failcnt-values have increased since the last run and
              send mail if true(Standalone mode), requires -e
  -e EMAIL    The email address of the warning recipient, required for -i
  -c          Current - Check if current value of a resource is higher than
              barrier/limit(Nagios mode)
