Description: This notebook is an demonstration analysis of CMS enrollment and claims data.

• We will analyze CMS SynPUF enrollment and claims data using Python pandas.
• From the enrollment data, we can calculate high-level expense rates and analyze by demographic or condition categories.
• Data Source: CMS 2008-2010 Data Entrepreneurs Synthetic Public Use File, a.k.a., CMS SynPUF
