- import authenticator+ encrypted zip
- import andOTP encrypted json
default to 3s, because it's an expensive operation. I don't think one needs to create a new HOTP every seconds, but if needed the value can be changed in otpclient.h
- add delete feature - small fixes - codebase improvements - working on import feature
