Added smarty templates (view controller now extends Smarty)
Added a few more constants
Changed how FEEDBACK works - The way it worked before doesn't allow for setting variables in the strings, now it does, though not entirely recommended. However, the change was to support multi language.
Full French translation

Obviously, this is all done to have a starting point for any project and English + French where I am from is a must.
