Sample code for connecting with the Office 365 IP Address and URL web services

There are two projects

1. OldFirewall which generates the old XML file we used to publish from the new REST format
2. FlowNotifications which provides JavaScript code for an Azure Function to use used in a Microsoft flow that sends an email notification when there are changes to the IP/URL data
