Maintenance release to support Mac OS Sierra

Removed debug code which caused run subcommand to fail

Pre v1.0.0 users should update to the new configuration file format. The old format will continue to be supported a while for backward compability. See https://github.com/otm/limes/blob/master/config.example for more info about the new config file format.
