CNAEL statistical analysis

This repository is a project to provide R script to facilitate CNAEL (CAN Explorer and anaLyser). Several algorithms are used for analysis the significant curation time saving. This repo takes those algorithms and data structure, combing third party tools/package as the analysis.

Documentation, Usage and Example This is R code is to test of normality and analyze results using proper test. In our case, we used Wilcoxon rank-sum test to compare the non-parametric data. Please follow each step in the R code.
