Would like to submit this spanish translation for handbook. Let me know if anything needs adjusting.

Hi @DrJingLee or @raphjaph when you get a chance can you take a look and see if I added and edited the correct files for this PR, i had to update the repo and commit new files.

Hi @2168-btc I feel you can update your po file with newest version of docs such as Provenance etc.
You may refer to the last part of readme.md about how to updating and run locally.

This update will also check all the typo and format errors .

If you run succeefully at local env, it should be okey to update .
