Bulk update shipments (receive, rollback)

This feature is used when an existing location has been sent stock that was never received. The system will assume that the location received 100% of the receipt items that were shipped and that the receipt date will be some time interval in the future (say 24 hours beyond the shipped date for domestic shipments). The main reason for this feature is to receive all outstanding shipments (and maintaining stock history) just before the performing a baseline cycle count on their facility.
