[mysqlreceiver]: remove deprecated mysql.commands metric

Description:

Remove deprecated mysql.commands metric.
I didn't promoted featureflag to Stable, because desxription says that this change should be done in v0.68. Also because I would like to add proper mysql.commands metric in this release.
