Describe the bug
Windows installers do not update an existing installation.
Steps to reproduce
For example, if you install version 0.10.0 and then version 0.11.0, Windows treats them as two separate known installations.
What did you expect to see?
Only one version of OpenTelemetry installed in the "Uninstall Applications" window.
What did you see instead?
Two versions of OpenTelemetry installed in the "Uninstall Applications" window.
