Add functionality for register (become a member). Same feature as used in Bell.

@dogi @nirojdyola do we need to require that full form to be filled out to register?

An alternative would be to only require username & password on registration and then allow the user to fill out their profile in the app.

@nirojdyola @dogi @paulbert what was the decision? I am working on this component and would like to know

@amanuely Thank you for doing some work on this in your new branch 6-register, but please make sure to address the feedback on your other PR #173

@amanuely thanks for the effort you put for this issue.
But now we are just going to have simple registration with username & password
After first login we will just take them to profile edit page where they can update their detail.
So could you create new PR with that change
