Shared enterprise news can be deleted by community? #5769

community is able to delete that shared enterprise news which get deleted from both community and enterprise section.

We will confirm with our broader meeting, but I think this is correct that a post removed from the community should remain on the enterprise.

Confirmed, when a message is "deleted" we should remove the view it was deleted from in the viewIn array.

We should only delete the message if the viewIn array is empty after that.

Note: Need to factor in the older way of storing where a news post was written: the viewableBy and viewableId properties. If those exist, we should treat them as an object in the viewIn array and remove them from the object. If the viewIn array doesn't exist or is empty, we can delete the entire document.
