Improvements to the logging system

• more concise yet informational logging;
• reduction of unessential logging to the user's console view; and
• adoption of a more standardised logging format for improved readability.

Improvements to error handling

• more informational error messages;
• better logging of errors to aid user debugging; and
• PowerShell no longer closes immediately after completion, allowing the user to view the status/results of the moderation iteration without needing to view the program's log file.
