Tools and data for a swedish sentiment lexicon.

Initially, some wordlists with emotionally charged words are included. Hopefully, someone (me or someone else) could take it on to improve these lists and maybe also create tools that uses them. Focus is for the Swedish language, but tools might of course be useful for other languages as well.
