Javascript errors on opening latest versions

I get this every time. Any quick fixes or packages I miss ?

Seems like powershell is not installed or it is not in the PATH environment variable. What happens when enter this command in Command Prompt: powershell ?

Ok I fixed this. The problem was the path variable not being set.
Maybe you can add this to the FAQ and close the issue after it. You can resolve the problem by

• going to system environments,
• selecting system vars instead of user
• find the path variable
• add this to your path C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0

This will fix the bug.
