Only enforces concatenation of idealized dwells from SCN files. This should not be necessary for DWT files.

Run the SCFitInstaller_v0.3_web.exe application in the zip file to install SCFit.

Updates the UI so it's clear when the app is fitting the data and also to hopefully improve the pre-processing steps of imposing a resolution and concatenating the dwells.

Run the SCFitInstaller_web.exe executable to download the Matlab runtime.

This release includes a standalone GUI application that will load idealized data, impose the resolution, concatenate openings, load a channel gating model, and fit the rates of the model.
