Builds on work by Richard Degenne (@Richard-Degenne) in #400 and #409. This commit indents some of the test suite. Some indentation done manually.

This PR is a first step towards a prettification of the Lwt code base, as per issue #393.
The
.ocp-indentfile will enable future edits and developments to follow sane indentation rules.
