Uses plugins v0.0.91, which resolves an issue where tls_min_version is parsed incorrectly.

Supersedes Stanza v1.5.2. Stanza Plugins v0.0.89 had an issue that caused errors on agent startup. This release includes Stanza Plugins v0.0.90

You should upgrade if you use the following plugins:

• Rsyslog
• Syslogng
• TCP (The plugin, not the operator)

Supersedes Stanza v1.5.1, resolves an issue where the wrong version of Stanza Plugins was released. Adds plugins v0.0.89.
