Update package-lock.json to reflect yarn.lock

I figured we should try and keep the package-lock.json up to date with yarn.lock so that folks can still run npm ci if they want to use npm for some reason.

Not sure if this repo has builds or tests setup but I ran ember test and all tests pass:
