• order the sections by interest
• add the breaking changes
• detail the breaking changes
• add the full changelog

i had a look at all the PRs since last release and added in raw tables and sections those that might be of some interest in 996fa12 😌

Thanks for collecting the current state, I don't think the tables are a particularly helpful presentation to the users so we should change them into more explicit explanations.

same goes with the breaking changes, they are raw right now and should be explained a bit more 😉

there is a bug in the release scripts which is being addressed in nushell/nu_scripts#561.

for the time being, the two last commits here add the missing breaking changes and changelog lines by running the scripts from nushell/nu_scripts#561 on "Tue Jun 27 19:11:46 2023 +0200" | into datetime 👍
