I read through the Nu book (not including the individual command pages) and fixed up places with incorrect grammar, incorrect spelling, or awkward wording. As discussed on Discord I also normalized the capitalization of "Nushell" where necessary.
I noticed a few other functional things to clean up in the book, I'll submit another PR for those later.
