This is some legwork to the CI
get-row.nubefore 0.60, just because it was easymodules/formats/to-ini.numodules/git/git-v2.numodules/git/git.numodules/log/log.numodules/weather/weatherdark.nusourced/api_wrappers/worlframalpha.nusourced/cool-oneliners/pwd-short.nusourced/github/branch-protections/branch-protections.nusourced/gitlab/gitlab.nusourced/misc/nu_defs.nusourced/update-path.nusourced/webscraping/shell_starts.nuI moved some auto-generated commands:
ackascurlfsarprcfsarprigodocmysqlxgettextto custom, so we keep the modifications.
I had to comment some of the flags because the parser is not able to parse some flags. Those are explained in comments
