I took the Disclaimer from the other repos and the footer and made
Disclaimer.mdandfooter.md. Then I made aREADME.Rmdtemplate that reads those in from their url to make the README.md file. That way you don't have to keep copying the Disclaimer over and you can change the footer and that will be reflected across repos.
