Usage

Expects data/ to be located in the project super-directory.

all_graphs.py generates combined bar graph and histogram for stats in stats.txt bar_graphs.py generates bar graphs showing avg. ± S.E.M. for stats in stats.txt make_hist.py generates histograms of the stats in stats.txt peak_detect.py run analysis with RAIN
