As the repo name suggests, we are building a research assistant for NASA 🚀🤩 Specifically, we are asked to provide an AI-based research assistant solution that addresses one or more of the research tasks below:

1. Identifying seminal papers in a particular domain or domains
2. Identifying state-of-the-art papers in a specified domain and relevant papers in related domains
3. Summarizing research results across different publication formats and standards
4. Identifying relevant search terminology in a particular domain (which may differ from the researcher’s field of expertise, even for equivalent concepts)
5. Identifying test problems or benchmark datasets in a particular domain or domains
6. Identifying research gaps and opportunities for new research in a particular domain or domains
7. Identifying the leading experts and potential collaborators in a particular domain or domains
8. Interactive compiling of a written report summarizing the research corpus in a particular domain or domains
