Cropper Scaling turns into a Cropper Move

Current Behavior

If you drag a corner of the cropzone rectangle outside of the image area, and then drag back into the image area, the cropzone rectangle begins to move instead of resizing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a browser and navigate to the demo at http:https://nhnent.github.io/tui.image-editor/latest/tutorials/example02-useApiDirect.html
2. Press the Crop button and draw a cropzone rectangle on the image.
3. Drag the Top Right corner up and out of the image area.
4. Continue the drag back down into the image area.
   Note: The cropzone rectangle moves as a whole.
   Expected: The cropzone rectangle should continue resizing when dragging the corner button.

Expected Behavior

The cropzone rectangle should not start moving. Only the direction being dragged should continue to resize.
