Prometheus exporter bundle

Install and run the full bundle using the install_and_run.sh script (assumes an Ubuntu host) or see for commandline examples in the script to run the set of exporters you need. To install/update the dependencies and start all exporters run:

$ sudo ./install_and_run.sh
