Introduce a custom label to mark nodes in clab topo definitions yaml that should be ignored during visualization.

Use graph-hide: yes label in clab topology definition YAML like the following:

    graphite:
      kind: linux
      image: netreplica/graphite
      labels:
        graph-hide: yes
