Using vim as manpager fails due to libperl.so: cannot open shared object file

When using vim as manpage

export MANPAGER='vim -M +MANPAGER -'

i get following error

vim: error while loading shared libraries: libperl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/man: command exited with status 127: sed -e 

The libperl can be whitelisted using

whitelist /usr/lib/perl*/*/core_perl/
read-only /usr/lib/perl*/*/core_perl/

The error changes to

execve: No such file or directory
Error: failed to run /run/firejail/lib/fseccomp, exiting...
Error: proc 148771 cannot sync with peer: unexpected EOF
Peer 148772 unexpectedly exited with status 1

the nearest issue which is see is #3113. the solution doesn't make sense.

Well if you disallow almost all libraries (including libc?) almost nothing will work.

As a first step try to include allow-perl.inc.
