Unable to view more than 2 days of Level 2 TEMPO imagery

How To Test

1. git checkout WV-3188-2day-tempo-bug
2. Set worldview up to hit GIBS UAT
3. npm run build
4. npm run watch
5. Go to this link
6. Confirm that imagery exists for May 13th-16th
