Second Step - cd newweb.io

Third Step - npm install or yarn

Fourth Step - Rename .env.example to .env

Fifth Step - Create new postgres database and put url in env

Sixth Step - Put your account private key in .env

Seventh Step - Also add your web3.storage api key in .env

Eighth Step - yarn dev or npm run dev

Ninth Step - Open browser to localhost:3000
