The PR works fine for Lower Android API ( Below 31 )
There is a little delay screen when we run the app on Android API 31+

Added Splash Screen (beta) Dependency to cover all the Android Version (till 21 )

Tested the App in

API 28 ( both Light and Dark theme )
API 32 ( both light and dark theme )

Todo :

Should we make it dynamic as per the Theme changes? ( support for Both themes )
Suggest a better Background color for the Splash Screen
