Steps to reproduce

  1. Create or open a score with multiple staves
  2. Click on a note/rest
  3. Select a system line from palette

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.0-241231433, revision: github-musescore-musescore-5f36e74

Regression

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 4.1; broken from 4.2
