This is a simple-as-possible web page that lets the user start a game of Ro Sham Bo on the engine

In order to run this web page locally, you must have npm installed. Instructions for installing Node.js and npm can be found here: https://docs.npmjs.com/getting-started/installing-node

Once npm is installed, from the root directory of your cloned repo, run "npm install". This will install the grunt task runner and the necessary tools to run the web site locally. After the "npm install" command, run "grunt" to serve the web site on port 9011 of localhost. You can access the website locally by typing http:https://localhost:9011 into your web browser of choice.
