Execute the following command in the directory where this document is located.

lualatex --cmdx -file-line-error -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error sig_proc_memorandum.tex

It is recommended to use VS Code LaTeX extension named LaTeX Workshop.
